The Ziller Valley is simply the place to be for skiers and snowboarders with its massive range of great pistes being ideal for both sports. This huge area is served by an array of modern lifts, making it easy to reach the vast selection of pisted runs suitable for all abilities.
AN EXTENSIVE AND CHALLENGING CHOICE
Experienced skiers and riders will want to take full advantage of the famous pistes at Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen and Gerlos which provide many real adventures and are all included on the Super Lift Pass. This extensive choice for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders is perhaps without equal in Europe.
THE ULTIMATE WINTER PLAYGROUND AT HOCHZILLERTAL
Our instruction programme is based at the Hochzillertal complex where there is magnificent skiing. This area provides an excellent place for learning to ski with slopes and tows catering especially for your level to ensure you get off to a confident start. After practising on the ski school tow for a day or two, absolute beginners will progress to the easy runs and begin to venture across the whole area.
UNBEATABLE VARIETY FOR REAL ADVENTURES
The variety of high level runs and sunny, open pistes offered by Hochzillertal at a height of 8,205 feet is just the start of what the area has to offer. The winding Apfelstrudel run has its ever-popular piste-side café. The challenge of fresh powder underneath the Öfererjoch chairlifts, together with the long, exhilarating descent into the Ziller Valley, combine to create a paradise for all on skis, snowboards and snowblades.

THE AWESOME HEIGHTS OF HOCHFÜGEN - LINKED WITH HOCHZILLERTAL
Hochfügen is just one of the exciting areas not to be missed included in the full area lift pass. This amazing wintersports area has further improved with the recent linking of the Hochfügen area and the neighbouring Hochzillertal for intermediates. Each week our team offer instruction covering the best of the combined 155km of Hochzillertal and Hochfügen, with high altitude beginner pistes and fast challenging runs for the more advanced under the awesome peak of the Pfaffenbühel.
YEAR-ROUND GLACIER SKIING AT 10,500 FEET
The Hintertux glacier - training ground of the British Ski Team - is at the far end of the valley and provides year round skiing and snowboarding at the incredible height of 10,500 feet with year-round snow. The Zillertal has an outstanding snow record throughout the valley and the Hintertux brings the extra certainty of glacier skiing.
THE ZILLERTAL SUPER LIFT PASS - AMAZING VALUE
The Zillertal narrow gauge railway runs along the length of the valley, giving access to a whole variety of areas from which to choose. We meet the ski bus at the front door of the Hotel Café Zillertal to travel swiftly to the slopes. The Super Lift Pass offers great value, with access to all areas of this large winter sports area, including the Hintertux glacier, as well as local transport provision.
HOTEL JENBACHERHOF – A LIVELY 4 STAR HOTEL
For those who want a good hotel and relaxation in lovely surroundings, we are delighted to be able to stay again in this family-run hotel at Jenbach. The Tirolean style hotel is comfortable and clean with continental breakfast, and evening meals provided.
Busy and buzzing with activity this hotel is for those who enjoy being with a friendly crowd. This hotel is complete with an indoor swimming pool into which to plunge after a full days action on the slopes. Mouth-watering local cuisine is served at the restaurant and, for warmer valley-days, the elevated sun terrace gives a magnificent outlook on the Alpine vista that surrounds. The rooms are well equipped with en-suite bathrooms and many also feature balconies. Complete with leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, this picturesque hotel makes for a wonderful setting for an Oak Hall ski holiday. With rooms for three or four a warm reception awaits you at hotel Jenbacherhof. Breakfast and evening meals are included after arrival.
MUSIC, LIVELY ACTIVITY, ICE CREAMS AND GATEAUX
In the evenings, after our meal, amusing incidents and all the day’s adventures are retold. Our evening meetings are always popular, with a well-presented Bible study talk and music to enjoy. Later, we can gather in one of the local cafés to enjoy a refreshing ice cream or take part in a traditional game of Austrian 9-pin bowling or curling - a fitting finalé to a day in the mountains.
The hotel provides very convenient access to all the local ski bus and train transport, giving great flexibility and getting you to the slopes easily.
