Whilst we recommend booking online, you can also pay by bank transfer. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive notification from the Oak Hall office team that your payment has arrived. Such transfers usually take 4-5 working days.

When you make your payment, please ensure you include details of your name and trip selection. This will enable us to identify your payment.

If you book within 2 calendar months of the date of departure, we ask you to kindly pay the full holiday cost. We require that everyone has travel insurance for their journey and recommend that you arrange it at this stage.

Many travel with Oak Hall on their own and soon find themselves a part of a friendly crowd. If you are travelling with family or friends and have any preferences for sharing rooms, please detail these at the time of booking and we will do our best to help to make it happen.

Please contact our office before making your reservation if you have a disability, any pre-existing medical condition or any special dietary needs – it is our hotel-based resorts that are better placed to cater for such needs, do call us for confirmation on a particular resort.

WE WILL BE PLEASED TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION
After receiving your booking application online or through the post, we will process this and send you confirmation of your successful reservation onto the expedition of your choice or contact you to discuss other alternatives including waitlist options for specific fully-booked holidays. With this confirmation we will give you further information about your holiday. Please keep this information safe ready for your time of departure.

EVERYTHING IS DONE CAREFULLY AND WELL
After reserving your holiday with just a £50 deposit, we ask you then to pay the full balance due to us at least 2 calendar months before departure. Please carefully note this date, as due to the popularity of our trips we may need to pass your place on to another person at this point if we have not received payment. In order to keep our holiday costs low we may not issue reminders.

In the very unlikely event that we cancel a holiday we will notify you straight away to offer you suitable alternatives, or, if you prefer, refund your money in full.

Our prices are calculated to include the current arrangements and rate for VAT. We will absorb any changes in currency exchange rates up to 2% deviation from the rate on 1 May 2008 for the Winter '09 programme and 1 Nov 2007 for the Summer '08 programme. (E & O.E.)

WE WILL HELP IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
We know that sometimes your plans may change. If it is more than two months before your expedition departs, we will do our best to help if you want to change your booking to an alternative holiday in the same season as the holiday you had booked.

Each £50 deposit and any room-supplement is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please be aware that the full final balance is due two calendar months before your holiday departs. After this time, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
