Below you will find details of the meeting points for our expeditions. Generally these start at Folkestone, with pick-up points available in London and Otford. Parking is available at Oak Hall.

The pick up points for each destination will be indicated on the page that gives the dates and prices for that particular location.

Oak Hall Manor

NB: SatNav systems are often less reliable to help you reach the manor than our directions! If you use a SatNav, include the road name, "Shorehill Lane".

With Otford Station on your right, take the next right (Pilgrims Way East), sign posted Kemsing. After about 1/2 mile, take the first left turn (Row dow). At the top bear around to the right (Birchin Cross Road) and Shorehill Lane is the first turning on your right about 400 yards further on. At the end of this lane, bear left and go up the drive to Oak Hall Manor.

Car parking is available at a small cost per car. A minibus shuttle will take drivers to meet the coach at the Otford meeting point.

By Rail: Otford Station is just 35 minutes from London Victoria. If you are booked in for one of our events we will meet you at Otford Station with our courtesy vehicle. Please refer to your detailed information for timings.

Otford Meeting Point

For those who live close to Otford and are planning to be dropped off by friends or relations, we ask that you arrange to meet the Oak Hall coach at the car park between Sainsburys and McDonalds. Please arrange to be there at the specified meeting time.

London Meeting Point

For those wishing to meet our group in London, we meet together at Victoria Coach Station in central London. This is easily accessible by both coach and train connections from all over the UK.

Folkestone Meeting Point

If you are planning to join us at Folkestone, as there is no pick up facility at the EuroTunnel terminal, please meet at our coach as indicated on the map below. Please note there is no Folkestone pick-up for the day trips.

For those travelling to Folkestone by train, there are small stations at Sandling and Westenhanger. The closest main station is Folkestone West. From the station you will need to take a taxi to our meeting point.

Our meeting point at Folkestone is "Stop 24" just off junction 11 on the M20 (www.stop24.co.uk). This can be accessed from both directions on the M20.

STOP24 parking is paid for at a self service machine by the bureau de change in the main building. There is a sliding scale of charges:

24 hours Ł5.00
48 hours Ł10.00
72 hours Ł15.00
120 hours Ł20.00 (up to 5 days)
144 hours Ł25.00 (up to 7 days)
312 hours Ł50.00 (up to 14 days)

If a person wants to park for 10 days, they would add together the 7 day cost and the 3 day cost ie Ł40.
