Below you will find details of the meeting points for our expeditions.  Generally these start at Folkestone, with pick-up points available in London and Otford. Parking is available at Oak Hall. 
 
Some of the holidays have a pick-up in Otford but not London, with parking available at Oak Hall. This includes holidays departing during the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics due to road restrictions. The pick up points for each destination will be indicated on the page that gives the dates and prices for that particular location.
 
For the Bruges and Lille day trips, the meeting point is Vestry Road in Otford, with no pick-up in London or Folkestone. Free parking is available at Vestry road for these day trips. Please only park in the bays designated for 'Belmont'. 
 

Oak Hall Manor

NB: SatNav systems are often less reliable to help you reach the manor than our directions!  If you use a SatNav, include the road name, "Shorehill Lane".
 
With Otford Station on your right, take the next right (Pilgrims Way East), sign posted Kemsing. After about 1/2 mile, take the first left turn (Row dow). At the top bear around to the right (Birchin Cross Road) and Shorehill Lane is the first turning on your right about 400 yards further on. At the end of this lane, bear left and go up the drive to Oak Hall Manor.
 
Car parking is available at a cost of £15 per car. A minibus shuttle will take you to meet the coach at the Otford meeting point.

By Rail:   Otford Station is just 35 minutes from London Victoria.  If you are booked in for one of our events we will meet you at Otford Station with our courtesy vehicle at 9.00pm.

     Otford Meeting Point

    For those who live close to Otford and are planning to be dropped off by friends or relations, we ask that you arrange to meet the Oak Hall coach at the car park between Sainsburys and McDonalds. Please arrange to be there at the specified meeting time.

    London Meeting Point

    For those wishing to meet our group in London, we meet together at Victoria Coach Station in central London. This is easily accessible by both coach and train connections from all over the UK. Please note that we are not able to offer a London pickup during the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics period due to road restrictions.

    • Folkestone Meeting Point

    If you are planning to join us at Folkestone, as there is no pick up facility at the EuroTunnel terminal, please meet at our coach as indicated on the map below. Please note there is no Folkestone pick-up for the day trips.

    For those travelling to Folkestone by train, there are small stations at Sandling and Westenhanger. The closest main station is Folkestone West. From the station you will need to take a taxi to our meeting point.

    Our meeting point at Folkestone is "Stop 24" just off junction 11 on the M20 (www.stop24.co.uk). This can be accessed from both directions on the M20.

    The cost to park is £5 per day (though it is worth checking this with Stop 24 in case of any changes). To pay, please arrive at the services and then call the number from your mobile telephone giving your registration number, make of car and the bay it is in and your credit / debit card numbers. They will then tell you how much it is and send you a confirmation text.
