Below you will find details of the meeting points for our expeditions.  Generally these start at Folkestone, with pick-up points available in London and Otford. Parking is available at Oak Hall. 
 
Austria, Serbia and the Europe tour have a pick-up in Otford but not London, with parking available at Oak Hall. For Bruges, the meeting point is Otford, with no pick-up in London or Folkestone. For Bruges, parking at Vestry Road in Otford is recommended.
 

Oak Hall Manor

With Otford Station on your right, take the next right (Pilgrims Way East), sign posted Kemsing. After about 1/2 mile, take the first left turn (Row dow). At the top bear around to the right (Birchin Cross Road) and Shorehill Lane is the first turning on your right about 400 yards further on. At the end of this lane, bear left and go up the drive to Oak Hall Manor.
 
Car parking is available at a cost of £15 per car. A minibus shuttle will take you to meet the coach at the Otford meeting point.

By Rail:   Otford Station is less than 45 minutes from London Victoria.  If you are booked in for one of our events we will meet you at Otford Station with our courtesy vehicle at 9.00pm.

     Otford Meeting Point

    For those who live close to Otford and are planning to be dropped off by friends or relations, we ask that you arrange to meet the Oak Hall coach at the car park between Sainsburys and McDonalds. Please arrange to be there at the specified meeting time.

    London Meeting Point

    For those wishing to meet our group in London, we meet together at Victoria Coach Station in central London. This is easily accessible by both coach and train connections from all over the UK.

    • Folkestone Meeting Point

    - NEW ARRANGEMENTS BEGINNING SUMMER 2009 -

    If you are planning to join us at Folkestone, as there is no pick up facility at the EuroTunnel terminal, please meet at our coach as indicated on the map below. Please note there is no Folkestone pick-up for the Bruges day-trip.

    For those travelling to Folkestone by train, there are small stations at Sandling and Westenhanger. The closest main station is Folkestone West. From the station you will need to take a taxi to our meeting point.

    Our meeting point at Folkestone is "Stop 24" just off junction 11 on the M20 (www.stop24.co.uk). This can be accessed from both directions on the M20.

    The cost to park is £5 per day. To pay, please arrive at the services and then call the number from your mobile telephone giving your registration number, make of car and the bay it is in and your credit / debit card numbers. They will then tell you how much it is and send you a confirmation text.

    There is a breakfast bar available.
