The hotel provides a buffet breakfast.
The evening meal is at a local restaurant. They serve a three-course meal (soup, a main course and a dessert). There is a choice of main course. They have indicated that they can cater for dietary requirements but this please bear in mind that this is the first year we have worked with the restaurant. We find that hotels and restaurants in continental Europe don't tend to be as used to dealing with dietary requirements as those in the UK, so the alternatives may be limited and they may not have considered cross contamination, for example.
We pass on dietary requirements to the hotel and restaurant before the group arrives. Please check though with the restaurant staff that they have received this information and that the food you are being given is suitable.
