Events throughout the year...

We are excited to bring you our Manor programme for this year. The weekends coming up include our ever popular 20's & 30's weekends in the spring and autumn, as well as the Kent Cycle & Walking extended weekends and the Bonfire & Fireworks weekend in November.

For those wanting to engage their creative side, we will be offering an Easter Craft weekend in March, and a Christmas Craft weekend in December.

Another relaxing weekend for conversation, is the Board games and Jigsaws.

Come and enjoy a weekend of Easter crafting.

Come and enjoy a weekend of Easter crafting as you create your own Easter wreath.

On Friday evening we will relax over some egg painting. On Saturday there will be a hands-on workshop where you will be guided step by step to make a beautiful Easter wreath - worthy of your front door or it could be used as a centre piece for your table.

To finish off the craft weekend there will be an opportunity to make some simple Easter cards.

20's & 30's at the Manor

Oak Hall started taking twenties and thirties away in 1961 and since then our heart has been to see this age group provided for. Our holidays and these weekends in particular are very much aimed for you. Join us on activity filled weekends in April and October to connect with others in your age group.

AGAIN! for 2025 a 20's & 30's summer holiday at Otford Manor from the 8th - 12th August. Join us camping or indoors for our festival style extended weekend

Summer at the Manor

Over summer our weekends look slightly different with week long events.

The Kentish Expedition in July was launched in 2021 with all of the fun of an overseas Oak Hall holiday but here in Kent - we loved it so much we are keeping it on the programme including an all new excursion options

Family & Friends camping week is a firm favourite at the end of August. We invite you to pitch your tent and come and join us.

Bonfire & Fireworks weekend

Come and enjoy our biggest bonfire of the year!

Alongside classic Oak Hall hot chocolate and hospitality there will be a spectacular display of fireworks that can be seen for miles around.

Christmas Crafts

Start the Christmas season by adding a touch of homemade charm. You don't have to be 'arty' or a master florist to create some beautiful gifts and decorations: card making, lino painting, candle decorating and tree decorations are just a few of the crafts you'll be given the know how and materials to make. Come and soak up the atmosphere and enjoy mince pies with mulled fruit juice in the fireside cosiness.

Day trip to Europe

As Christmas approaches, we head out over the Channel and experience a day out in Belgium.

Enjoy a weekend at the Manor, staying on Friday and Saturday night and heading out on the Oak Hall coach early on Saturday for this full day excursion.

Bruges Christmas Market

Bruges is home to Europe's best preserved mediaeval buildings. Not only is the city a UNESCO world heritage site but it is also a place of great charm and an ideal day trip destination from the UK. Soak up the Christmas atmosphere in this beautiful Belgian town as you explore the annual Christmas market and perhaps pick up one or two Christmas presents.

More Manor Weekends

After our day trip, we return to our rhythm of manor weekends... here's what comes up next in our programme:

And into the following year...

Join us to bring in the New Year click here

Start the Year Right
In January every year we organise a weekend with the focus of reflecting on the year that has just passed, to take time to listen to God's word and help set our priorities for the year that has just begun. Whether it has been a very good or less good year, we want to tune into what God has to say to us and to bring our expectations, worries, hopes and fears for the new year to Him!

Board Games and ...
Enjoy a weekend of friendly competitiveness focused on strategic, popular and fun board games following an excellent response to the weekend in recent years we are running it again!  Bring your own games or join us for great modern games like Tiny Towns, Dobble, Just One and many many more. If you are not in to board games you are still very welcome we love having you join us.

... Jigsaws
Come and share a relaxing weekend solving jigsaws together! When you do a jigsaw puzzle you need to look at the individual pieces and figure out where they fit into the big picture. Over our time together we will hone in on individual portions of God's word seeing how it fits with the whole of the Bible.

Loving our Environment

Otford Manor's position in the heart of a nationally recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty provides breath-taking views across Kent. The house is situated on the North Downs Way and offers easy access to footpaths in the surrounding countryside.

God's creation is beautiful and we want to do our part to protect it. We have fifty acres of preserved woodlands and a further one hundred acres of downs and pastures provide us with walks amongst the flowers and rare orchids.

More weekends

Our WORD. online events have been really popular during the pandemic, and the catalogue of talks can all be accessed online.

We are looking forward to hosting four in-person WORD. weekends at the Manor, allowing us to immerse ourselves in God's word at these events.

For the more active we offer extended cycling and walking weekends.

Oak Hall Weekends at Otford Manor
