Please find below some notes about the meal arrangements at the hotel, based on our previous experience.
Breakfast and the evening meal are a buffet, so hopefully you should be able to choose something suitable. There is usually a vegetable soup and a meat soup, cold starters, salad bar, three main meat dishes and one main fish dish, side dishes (e.g. potatoes, pasta, rice), desserts and ice cream.
Vegetarian - there are always dishes on the buffet that are suitable for vegetarians, though the choice will be more limited.
Gluten free - there is always one gluten free option on the buffet. Gluten free bread and biscuits etc are available (please ask staff). Please note that all the food is prepared in the same kitchen so it's possible there may be traces of gluten in any of the dishes, they cannot 100% guarantee that there has been no cross contamination.
Dairy free - the hotel have rice/almond/soya milk, margarine etc on the breakfast buffet. In the evening, the majority of the dishes are prepared with vegetable cream. Occasionally they may use butter in certain dishes (please check with the restaurant staff).
The hotel aren't able to cater for a vegan diet unfortunately.
Please note that although the food is generally labelled to explain what it is, allergens aren't listed. You can ask restaurant staff for advice on what the dishes contain (but note that English won't be their first language).
