At the Cape Town hotel, the evening meal is a buffet so hopefully those with dietary requirements will be able to choose suitable things to eat. It is unclear at this stage how clearly the dishes will be marked.
At the Carmel centre, they have said that they can cater for dietary requirements. Please note though that as it is the first time we have taken a group, it is difficult to know exactly how this will work out in practice.
